Are you enjoying the time’s turning into fall right now as much as I do?

I think it is magical and mystical and just so wonderful.

I have just returned from a nurturing workshop in Italy with my own mentor Alexis Fedor

and today, finding myself again in my own rhythm and fulfilling my life

after my innermost desires and wishes, makes me

the happiest person on this planet right now, I guess.

I am in full gratitude mode when I awaken and before I go to sleep,

as I know by my heart and my life experience this is not to be taken for granted.

It is happening when you let it happen.

When you allow life to happen.

When you follow the natural flow

which always starts from within.

and it has become truer and truer each time I followed it.

and feeling instantly connected heals me every step I make.

This might be a personal to me practice and choice,

so I cannot wait to learn what you enjoy

to get yourself grounded and centered.

My students in the Art&Soul school have also found their flow,
