Change

Is change inevitable always?

My answer to this question is simply:

Yes, if you want to answer it long term.

Life is in motion always, every atom, every cell,

every being in nature is constantly in motion,

never standing still. The whole universe is a spinning field.

What can we learn from this notion?

As always a lot as nature is what we are too.

Start to rise into the rhythms of your true nature.

If you call this certain stillstand that you are experiencing sometimes

a depression or a sadness does not matter.

The emotion that lies underneath is simply fear.

How can you deal with that fear?

I have no correct answer for it as it depends

on your personal circumstances and how your life has evolved

through the years of being in this human existence.

What I know not only from my own life experience

but also from observing what my students bring to life

since attending the Art&Soul school is

that creating consistently helps us stay alive, to say it clearly.

Aliveness is correspondent to creativity or creativity is life itself.

So think about this for one second, then step into a gratitude mode

and you will be flooded by life itself, by emotions of joy and grace and fulfillment.

Let’s create to break free of old habits, thoughts, and emotions.

Let’s step into taking over full responsibility for our lives and thrive till the end of time.

Yes, that is my note to you for this week.

Embrace the constant change.

Embrace life.

Stay creative.
