Have you chosen your three words for 2020?
Over the last week, I took a break
from Social Media and the online world,
and guess what I feel refueled and recentered to come back again.
During this time I held a daylong vision-board retreat
in my cozy studio (you must visit once!).
My attendees worked from their soul to dig deep
into their vision which will manifest itself during 2020.
As we are entering a new decade we held review,
said goodbye to the lessons learned,
and prepared the space in us to transform and open up
to the new chance which is awaiting us from today on.
Join us in this powerful exercise to let arise three magical words that will guide you in 2020.
Close your eyes and breathe in a rhythm that feels good for you. You feel grounded and peaceful. Let everything disappear which no longer serves you. Do this with a lot of gratitude and then be open to receive three words for the new year. Write them down immediately and think of either creating artwork with them or coming back to them from time to time as the year proceeds. Magic is always on, you know…
