January has been a wonderful month to me,
I have had so many releases going on, collectively as personally.
So also I have decided to come back to a daily painting routine.
How about you? Have you been allover creative this month?
Or are you going to wish to have more creative endeavors in your life?

„Just walk the talk“, I said to myself.
Time to fully practice again what I preach!
Of course, we all can get distracted by life,
even as an artist and business owner
it happens to me that making art has to wait.
But after a short time, I feel how badly I miss it
within all of my cells.
It is like I am not myself anymore.
Like not living authentically true.
And how long it takes me
to get back into the flow I just had.
if i allow myself to quit and step out of it
is not making it an option at all.
You might think,
sometimes you have to step back from work,
right!
But keeping a routine
which prepares you
to keep the creative momentum alive
is unbelievably essential and precious on so many levels.
it is my daily dose of breath!
All students in the Art&Soul School membership,
