Grab your paints or anything you can get creative with. Watercolours, pencils, flower petals, stones, all is fine!

Put on the music I will be listening to: Ludovico Einaudi – Seven Days of walking (Day 5) or any other you adore, you should feel a deep fulfilling joy when listening to it.
